Leadership Committee

The mission of the Leadership Committee is to: Work with the BOMA Orlando Nominating Committee to identify potential candidates within the membership, both principal and allied, who are willing to work in committees as leaders while training to become the next Board of Director or Officer for BOMA Orlando. The purpose is to make sure BOMA Orlando has a pipeline of future talent, “The Best and the Brightest” committed to making BOMA Orlando the best local in BOMA International. The Leadership Committee will accomplish this through providing recruiting and training sessions throughout the year by utilizing our numerous past leaders as teachers and mentors, with dialog from the Executive Committee and Board of Director’s on the best strategy for providing future leaders the opportunity for growth in BOMA Orlando
