General Building Maintenance Hires Two New Executives
Atlanta, January 19, 2010 – General Building Maintenance, a national provider of janitorial services, is pleased to announce the addition of two new executives to its staff. Randall Edwards has joined the company as Executive Vice President, and Greg Harding comes on board as General Manager of the company’s Richmond, Va., branch.
Mr. Edwards brings 23 years of experience in the facility services industry to the job, holding leadership positions in large national and international companies. His most recent position was as Senior Manager for one of the largest privately held cleaning companies in the U.S. His duties involved the direct oversight of business development for the Southeastern United States.
In his position of General Manager, Mr. Harding will be overseeing all aspects of running the Richmond branch: operations, customer service and business development. He comes to GBM from a national property management firm, and brings janitorial service experiences earned from his previous job. Like everyone else in GBM, Mr. Harding understands the property manager’s tasks, and is ready to tackle it proactively.
“We’re extremely pleased to have both of these men join General Building Maintenance, adding exceptional value,” says Sunny Park, Chief Executive Janitor of General Building Maintenance. “They both bring a wealth of experience and professionalism in the janitorial services industry that will help GBM continue to grow.”
GBM, a long-standing member of BOMA, is an award winning building service provider based in Atlanta, Ga. The company was founded in 1983 with the understanding that the company's success would depend upon its ability to produce a consistently high quality product day-in and day-out. The company provides complete janitorial and facility maintenance services, currently servicing about 100 million square feet of facilities and office spaces throughout the Southeastern United States.
