PRIVACY POLICY:
The BOMA Orlando Chapter is firmly committed to protecting the privacy of its members and guests. We will not share, sell, or otherwise distribute the financial or personal information of those who use our site to any other organizations in any way other than what is disclosed in this document.
All financial and personal information collected by, and on behalf of, BOMA Orlando is held in the strictest confidentiality. Any information, such as an email address, billing and shipping addresses, and other contact information, submitted to us remains the sole property of the BOMA Orlando. If you decide you do not want to be contacted via e-mail by BOMA Orlando, please call our office 407-380-3320.
When a payment is made via the Internet with a credit card, BOMA Orlando uses a third party commerce service to verify credit card details. This company is sent the total price of the payment, the card number and expiration date, and the cardholder’s name and billing address. All information transmitted to this third party is sent using to secure servers, and encrypted. Encryption further insures the privacy and security of all our customers. This information is used only to verify the account and clear the transaction. All information is shredded after processing the fee.
All transactions must be in US Dollars.
CANCELLATIONS:
Refunds will be granted as stated on the invitation or event notice. No refunds will be granted after the stated time on the invitation or reservation policy. Refunds will not be given for no-shows.
PRICING:
Prices will be posted on a per event basis.
BOMA Orlando tries to treat its members and guests as each one of us would like to be treated. We value our privacy and we value yours, too. It is our goal to make your experience with www.bomaorlando.org a safe and positive one.
MEMBERSHIP and POLICIES:
All By Laws, policies and procedures created and abided by BOMA are intended to maintain our commitment to the mission statement adopted by our association which states: BOMA Orlando exists for professional and educational purposes for the advancement of the real estate owner and manager in the Central Florida area. These By laws, policies and procedures are enacted to also maintain the quality, effectiveness and professionalism of the association overall. They are not intended to serve a special segment of the association nor are they intended for any member’s personal agenda.

All Non Members: $50.00 for each person
Principal Non-Members will be complimentary if approved by the BOMA office.
