Principal Member
Cost of Membership: $650.00
(Includes membership in BOMA International and BOMA Florida): An individual member that owns, develops, manages, leases or controls commercial real estate including but not limited to facilities managers, property managers, asset managers, developers, brokers, building engineers, and third party leasing and management company representatives.
Associate Member
Cost of Membership: $800.00
(Includes membership in BOMA International and BOMA Florida for ONE representative from company): An individual of a company whose business is engaged in a trade, industry, or profession associated with the office building industry both professional support companies, trade companies, and building services companies. This membership is for ONE (1) person within the company. For more than one representative, please refer to the Corporate Associate Membership Category below.
Principal Supplemental Member
Cost of Membership: $325.00
This membership is for additional Principal members within the same building location. A Principal Membership must be established before a supplemental membership is available. (If at any time during the year the Principal Membership is voided, the Supplemental member will be invoiced for the difference in dues).
Principal Engineer Member
Cost of Membership: $325.00
(Includes membership to BOMA International and BOMA Florida): Individual who is represented by a current paid Principal Member. A Principal Membership must be established before a engineer membership is available. (If at any time during the year the Principal Membership is voided, the Engineer member will be invoiced for the difference in dues between Principal and Engineer and that membership would result in a Principal Membership). Additional Principal Engineer Members will be charged $200.00 with no BOMA International or BOMA Florida benefits.
Corporate Principal Member (3 Members)
Cost of Membership: $1,777.00
Available to companies with three (3) or more members. Corporate Principal Members receive all the benefits of Principal membership. Each Corporate Principal Member is also a member of BOMA International and BOMA Florida and will receive mailings to each designated addressee. Attached name and address form must be completed to insure that each person receives all information.
Corporate Principal Member (4 Members)
Cost of Membership: $2,370.00
Available to companies with three (3) or more members. Corporate Principal Members receive all the benefits of Principal membership. Each Corporate Principal Member is also a member of BOMA International and BOMA Florida and will receive mailings to each designated addressee. Attached name and address form must be completed to insure that each person receives all information.
Corporate Principal Member (5 Members)
Cost of Membership: $2,962.00
Available to companies with three (3) or more members. Corporate Principal Members receive all the benefits of Principal membership. Each Corporate Principal Member is also a member of BOMA International and BOMA Florida and will receive mailings to each designated addressee. Corporate Associate Member (3 Members)
Cost of Membership: $2,167.00
Available to companies with three (3) or more members. Corporate Associate Members receive all the benefits of Associate membership. A designated representative from each Corporate Associate Members' company will receive all information from BOMA International and BOMA Florida and that designated member will be the member of BOMA International. Attached name and address form must be completed in insure that BOMA Orlando has an accurate listing of the companies representative. Each representative listed will be able to participate in ALL BOMA functions as a member! This includes attending monthly luncheons, serving on committees, and participating on the Board of Directors.

Cost of Membership: $200.00
Engineer who is under another Engineer on the same property. One Engineer must be a Principal Engineer before a Supplemental membership can be obtained.
Student Membership
Cost of Membership: $10.00
Student Membership now available to students enrolled in at least 12 credit hours. Students will have access to the on-line directory, job postings, communications, will be able to join a committee, attend luncheons and social events at the member rate.
