Administrative Assistant - PEI

  • Perform general clerical duties to include but not limited to:

          Filing, mail distribution, photocopying, courier, prepare fed ex packages, etc.

 

  • Answer phones promptly and uses good judgment to prioritize distribution of messages in a timely manner.

 

  • Maintain electronic and hard copy filing system.

 

  • Maintain detailed records of proposals, acquired projects, submittals, etc.

 

  • Perform data entry and scan documents.

 

  • Prepare and modify documents including correspondence, reports, drafts, letters, proposals, narratives etc.

 

  • Perform all other duties as assigned.

 Qualifications:

 

  • Exceptional customer service skills, over the phone and in person.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel and MS Outlook.
  • Knowledge of operating standard office equipment.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills required.

8-5 with some flexibility on start/stop time, professional benefits including paid health insurance, company paid retirement (SEP), PTO and holidays.
