Ryan Companies US, Inc. has an immediate career opportunity for a Real Estate Administrator in Orlando, FL! 

We are seeking a self-motivated individual to provide administrative support to the Real Estate Manager and/or Real Estate team in all aspects of building management. The candidate will assist the Real Estate Manager in preparing budgets and monthly reporting packages, preparing leases and other contract documents for review, acting as a liaison with tenants and vendors, coordinating maintenance rotation, administering contracts and insurance certificates, and processing accounts receivable and payable.

  

Preference is for a candidate with a minimum of 2 years’ strong real estate management experience but similar experience in high volume,contract driven environment may apply. Other must-have items include: excellent organizational and customer service skills, strong verbal and written communication skills,  attention to detail and quality, good mathematical and strong analytical skills, strong ability to problem-solve and analyze, high level of efficiency and professionalism, and the ability to work effectively and efficiently in a team environment while taking ownership of assigned responsibilities. Must have intermediate to advanced level of understanding and experience with MS Word, PowerPoint, Access and Excel in order to be successful. High school diploma is required. Post high school business training is preferred.
