Receptionist - Peninsula Engineering Inc.
- Perform general clerical duties to include but not limited to:
Filing, mail distribution, photocopying, courier, prepare fed ex packages, etc.
- Answer phones promptly and uses good judgment to prioritize distribution of messages in a timely manner.
- Maintain electronic and hard copy filing system.
- Maintain detailed records of proposals, acquired projects, submittals, etc.
- Perform data entry and scan documents.
- Prepare and modify documents including correspondence, reports, drafts, letters, proposals, narratives etc.
- Perform all other duties as assigned.
- Exceptional customer service skills, over the phone and in person.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel and MS Outlook.
- Knowledge of operating standard office equipment.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills required.
