Michael VanCuren

Michael J. VanCuren is currently holding the Business Development Manager position and is tasked with helping to grow the three Companies that make up the Sterling Group: Sterling Building Services, Inc., Sterling Window Cleaning, Inc. and Sterling Facility Solutions, Inc. He has been in Property Management and Facility Services since 2015. Michael held the title of Chief Building Engineer for the largest privately-owned Property Management Company in the nation and was responsible for more than 480,000 square feet. Michael has also completed BOMA’s Budgeting and Accounting course. Michael has the understanding and forward thinking that is needed to provide our current and future customers with the service they have come to know and trust here at Sterling.
