Professional Bio
Continuing her rooftop passions, Michelle Grojean joined the CP Rankin team, adding to her near decade of experience in construction-related marketing. Michelle energetically devotes her professional attention to brand awareness, client acquisition, and team building. As a marketer in today’s ever-changing world, she continues to flood herself with continuing education, fueling her passion for storytelling and strategically targeted messaging in creating business-changing content.
Hailing from both the University of South Florida (USF) and Florida Gulf Coast University (FGCU), she prides herself as being a Florida native, better understanding the statewide clientele than most.
But it’s not just sunny rooftops for her either, as she focuses much of her attention to the construction industry as whole – especially among the young professionals. As the current Marketing Chair for the Associated Builders and Contractors (ABC) Young Professionals’ Florida Gulf Coast Chapter, Michelle dedicates her spare time in not only assisting the local construction industry, but in helping fellow young professionals exceed in the cutthroat industry as well.
“It’s not easy being a woman in construction, but you’ve got to trust your knowledge, embrace your power, and truly love what you do — above all else.” –Michelle L. Grojean
