My career spans both hospitality and commercial janitorial services, giving me a well-rounded perspective on delivering high-quality service in fast-paced, client-focused environments.
Holding a degree in Hospitality Management, I have been able to built a strong foundation in operations, customer relations, and business management. Over the years, I have successfully led teams, improved service standards, and strengthened client relationships across a variety of service-based organizations.
In my new role as General Manager of Sterling Building Services, I support new business development and over sees operations for window cleaning and janitorial services. I am committed to driving growth, maintaining exceptional service standards, and ensuring operational efficiency while fostering a culture of professionalism and accountability.
