I’m a vertical transportation consultant with Lerch Bates, based in Orlando. Most of my work focuses on elevator modernization and maintenance planning, helping building owners, condominium associations, and property managers make informed, practical decisions about new and aging equipment. Before joining Lerch Bates, I spent over 10 years with a major elevator company in roles ranging from construction/modernization sales to project management and operations superintendent. That experience helps me bridge the gap between technical details and real-world building needs. I enjoy working closely with clients to solve problems, generate modernization and maintenance specifications, and ensure projects stay on track, all while ensuring everything runs safely and smoothly.
