Cancellation Notice Listed on Each Event Page

The Registration Integrity Policy’s intent is to minimize problems related to no-shows, late registration, & non-registered participants. 

 

  • A Member and Non-member have the right to cancel in accordance with the statement on the event page when registering on our website at bomaorlando.org for a BOMA Orlando event. If a payment has been made, you may request a refund if you provided a cancellation notice within the time required as set forth on the event page.  If you do not provide a cancellation notice as required you will not be entitled to a refund of any payment made and if payment has not been made you will be invoiced for the event fee with an additional $5.00 administration fee.
  • If a participant is a walk-in at an event and did not make reservations, that person will be placed on a wait list until all guests are seated and may then be seated if space is available. Walk-in participants will be charged or invoiced with a $5.00 additional administration fee.  All our members our encouraged to make reservations in advance so that confirmed attendance numbers can be given to venue.
