2026 Vendor Trade Show:
Heroes vs. Villains Edition
The annual BOMA Orlando Vendor Trade Show returns with a bold and creative twist. This year’s Heroes and Villains theme adds energy and friendly competition to one of our most anticipated networking events of the year.
Hosted on the fourth floor of the Parmenter building in Lake Mary, members will have access to an entire floor dedicated to connection, collaboration, and solution discovery.

For Property Managers and Engineers:
This is your opportunity to meet BOMA Orlando vendor members and discover services that support your buildings and operations. Tables and chairs will be set up so you can enjoy lunch while connecting with industry partners.
At registration, each property manager will receive a BOMA Bingo card. Completed cards will be entered into gift card prize drawings.
For Associate Members:
All Associate members are encouraged to participate - this is your opportunity to gain direct visibility with BOMA Orlando Property Managers, Engineers and other decision makers in a focused, high value setting.
The first person from your company who registers will be assigned a booth space. Additional team members are welcome to work the booth with you.
BOMA Orlando will provide a six foot table and two chairs. You bring your tablecloth, pop up banner, and any promotional materials or giveaways. Tents are not permitted.
One week prior to the event, you will receive additional details regarding your assigned booth space and setup logistics.
Additional Event Details:
- Tickets are $45/per person and include lunch.
- Prizes will be awarded for Best Table and Best Dressed for our theme Heroes vs Villains.
- Please refrain from politics and religion when selecting your theme elements.
- Special thanks to the team at Parmenter for hosting this year’s event.
Registration for this event will close at 3 PM Friday, April 10, 2026, and we cannot accommodate any additional registrations after this time.
If you plan to participate as an Associate Member, early registration is encouraged to secure your booth assignment.
Please note that cancellations (after the registration deadline) will not open spots for new attendees. If you are not registered, we kindly ask that you do not show up at the luncheon, as we will not be able to accommodate walk-ins. Thank you for your understanding!
Registration & Trade Show will open at 11:00 AM.
Cancellations received after the registration deadline will not be refunded due to food & beverage guarantees already submitted. Substitutions may be permitted up to 24 hours prior to event.
