Meet The Panel:

Emily Zinaich

Sr. Vice President, Office Leasing & Sales, Avison Young

Emily Zinaich brings over three decades of commercial real estate experience with a proven track record of success advising and consulting clients on leasing and sales transactions. As a licensed real estate broker, Emily specializes in landlord leasing and tenant representation for office and flex buildings. Her experience includes working on some of the highest-profile buildings and properties in the Central Florida market, consistently building strong business relationships and maintaining clear, positive communication throughout every stage of the transaction.

Christie Alexander, CDI.D

Senior Vice President, CrossMarc Services

Christie Alexander’s primary focus for CrossMarc Services is investment property acquisitions and due diligence. She provides outstanding customer service in brokerage and advisory services for clients who benefit from her expertise, professionalism, and exceptional dedication to maximizing the value of their real estate.

Christie’s 30+ year commercial real estate career includes sales and leasing of office, retail, land, investment, and industrial properties, plus an extensive consulting background in market analysis, feasibility studies and due diligence. A business writer as well, she has more than 100 published articles on real estate and economic topics.

Christie earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Economics at Arizona State University, where she was a member of Omicron Delta Epsilon (Honor Society in Economics). She earned her CDI.D board certification from Corporate Directors International.

Kane Morris-Webster, CCIM

Senior Director, Resource Development Investment Properties, Incorporated

Kane Morris-Webster, CCIM recently joined Resource Development Investment Properties as 
a Senior Director. In Kane’s 24+ year career in real estate she has worked with buyers, 
sellers, investors, developers, landlords and tenants on their dispositions, acquisition, analysis/
valuation, market intelligence, site selection, and governmental regulations to maximize their 
goals and minimize costs. Kane’s transactional experience has been in all phases of a real 
estate cycle from raw land, to government entitlements, into developments of retail, office, 
multi-family and mixed use, and investment sales in multi-tenant assets along with single tenant 
net lease deals. She has worked with many 1031 exchanges following all guidelines to meet the 
client’s needs. 

Kane earned her Series 6 Security 
license and Variable Annuity, Life & Health Insurance license. She graduated from the 
University of Florida, specializing in Finance from the Warrington College of Business.
