Trunk (meet our Property Management Teams), Treats (enjoy beer, wine, and a charcuterie box), and PAC Baskets (enter to win a fabulous basket)
We are excited that our Property Management Professionals can meet our partner providers to learn more about what they can offer.
This tradeshow will be a no-contact, touchless tradeshow with no one having to pick up materials, etc. We will have 6ft social distancing and we ask all to pay close attention to that rule. This is a meet and greet with our Principal members being able to educate our members on what properties they manage. There is no shaking of hands, no hugging, let's all do our part.
All participants will have to wear a face mask while attending. We will have some marked areas in the parking lot for attendees to bring a lawn chair (6ft apart) and enjoy a charcuterie box. Dress up for Halloween and have fun!
Associate Members sign up to meet our Principal Members, only BOMA members allowed no staff that is not a BOMA member will be allowed.
Principal Members sign up to meet our Associates and list all that will be attending from your company so we can provide the adequate spaces needed for your team to social distance. Principal members decorate your parking spot(s) with a Halloween theme or simply bring a lawn chair and network with our Associate members. Bring a banner with your company name so all our Associates can get familiar with the company you work for.

Wine Sponsor (1) and Beer Sponsor (1) - The sponsor will have a parking space to put up a banner and we will have a sign with your logo at the beverage serving area $750 each
Charcuterie Box Sponsors (2) - The sponsor will have a parking space to put up a banner and we will have a sign with your logo at the area our attendees pick up their box Also, the sponsor can provide a sticker to put on the box $750 each
Candy Sponsors (4) - We will fill candy bags for all attendees and the sponsor can provide a sticker for the candy bag $150 each
All sponsor's logos will be listed on this event page once they sign up.
Bring cash or check to buy raffle tickets for the PAC Baskets, the drawing will take place at approximately 6:15 p.m.
$20 gets you six tickets
$10 gets you three tickets
$5 gets you one ticket
Please refrain from attending if any of the following criteria apply to you:
- you have, or someone in your household has traveled by any means to, from, or through any country outside of the United States in the prior 14 days; or
- you have, or someone in your household has engaged in personal or nonessential business travel by airplane or cruise ship anywhere within the United States in the prior 14 days, or
- you have been notified by anyone that you may have been in contact with someone who may have been exposed to COVID-19; or
- you have any of the symptoms described by the CDC as being associated with COVID-19.
If you have tested positive for COVID-19 or exhibited symptoms consistent with COVID-19, we ask that you respectfully refrain from visiting until after you are cleared by a physician.
We are also requesting that you take your own temperature prior to coming to the event. If your temperature is elevated above its normal range, we respectfully request that you refrain from attending. The CDC defines a fever as a temperature of 100.4 or higher. Thus, under no circumstances may an individual with a temperature of 100.4 or higher attend this event.
Should you sign up another employee for this Tradeshow please make sure they have read all the requirements to attend.
Principal members when you arrive please park at 605 Crescent Executive Court and we will have traffic control bring you to your space. Please arrive between 3:30 and 4:00 so we can get all into their spaces and be ready by 4:30 a.m. for attendees. Only two members from each team per space allowed for social distancing purposes.
We will have it marked at each exhibitor booth were the exhibitors can stand and then on the outside where the attendees can stand, we have plenty of room.
All will have to sign the Express Waiver of Liability and Agreement, click here to print and bring with you.
