About our speaker:

Sylvia Gonner, CAE, Founder and CEO of CultureWiz is a strategic advisor and trainer in international strategies and global diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI). Originally from Europe, she speaks 6 languages, has worked on all continents, and has interacted with many cultures while traveling to more than 70 countries. She supports organizations with DEI initiatives, and trains teams and executives with the global mindset and competencies needed to thrive in a globally diverse workplace. She’s a licensed facilitator in Adapt & Succeed Abroad guiding individuals during foreign relocations and assignments.

Her boutique consulting firm CultureWiz provides advisory services to organizations in all aspects of international management, including marketing, event management, and franchise relations.
