About Tiffany Moore Russell

Tiffany Moore Russell’s story begins and continues in the heart of Orange County. A lifelong resident, she has dedicated her career to public service and tothe community that raised her. Now, as she seeks to become Orange County’s next Mayor, Moore Russell offers a vision rooted in accessibility, responsiveness, and results, anchored in both her deep local ties and her proven leadership experience.
Moore Russell’s campaign centers on a promise to fight for quality public services, expand economic opportunity, and ensure a responsive government that truly serves residents. Her record and her platform align around one guiding principle: building an Orange County for everyone. Her priorities reflect the most pressing issues facing the county. First among them is housing affordability. Recognizing the mounting cost-of-living challenges residents face, she pledges to make living in Orange County realistic and attainable for working families. Beyond housing, she advocates for equitable development and smart growth, ensuring that the benefits of development are shared by all communities, not just a few.
Transportation is another major focus of her vision. Moore Russell calls for investment in innovative transportation solutions to address congestion and improve mobility. This vision ties directly into her broader commitment to infrastructure, upgrading the county’s systems to meet the demands of a growing population and to sustain long-term progress. Public safety also remains a cornerstone of her platform. She emphasizes continued investment in safety and emergency response, recognizing that strong, safe neighborhoods are the foundation of thriving communities.
Alongside this, she highlights the importance of supporting small businesses and diversifying the local economy. Small businesses, she believes, are the backbone of opportunity in Orange County, and their success is key to creating more inclusive prosperity. Beyond the economy and infrastructure, Moore Russell points to the quality-of-life factors that make Orange County special- parks, recreation, and the arts. She believes that community well-being depends on more than just roads and budgets; it depends on places and programs that bring people together.
