Our guest speaker: Thomas Mayhew and Todd Moore Daikin Applied

Thomas Mayhew is a dynamic sales and operations leader with 27 years of experience in the construction and service industry. Currently serving as the General Manager for Service and Solutions at Daikin Applied in Tampa, FL, Thomas has a proven track record of driving significant growth and successful business integrations. Under his leadership, the Central and West Coast Florida regions achieved a remarkable 191% sales revenue growth from FY22 to FY24.

Thomas's career spans various roles, from technician to regional manager, showcasing his deep industry knowledge and versatile skill set. His expertise includes M&A, business integration, relationship development, and strategic planning. Known for his authentic leadership style and go-giver mentality, Thomas excels in empowering teams to reach their full potential and exceed expectations.

Throughout his career, Thomas has been recognized with numerous awards, including Regional Leader MVP and Sales MVP, reflecting his commitment to excellence and outstanding performance. He holds professional licenses and certifications, including HVAC Journeyman and Certified Energy Manager, and has completed advanced leadership training.

Thomas is passionate about leveraging his extensive experience to inspire and drive vision execution in the commercial real estate sector, ensuring sustainable growth and success.

Todd Moore

Todd Moore is currently the Sales Manager for the Orlando office of Daikin. He has been engaged in the design and operation of commercial HVAC systems for 35+ years. Todd earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Maryland and an MBA from the University of Florida. He is a registered Professional Engineer in the state of Virginia

Registration for this event will close on 3 pm Friday, May 16, 2025, or when capacity is reached.

Registration opens at 11:00 am the day of the luncheon for networking; the program will begin at 11:30 am.

Cancellations received after registration deadline will not be refunded due to food & beverage guarantees already submitted. Substitutions may be permitted up to 24 hours before the event.
