Marketing Manager - Bishop Beale Duncan
PURPOSE of the MARKETING DEPARTMENT
Bishop Beale Duncan’s Marketing Department is responsible for the development and implementation of all project marketing, media programs, social media, as well as protecting the Company brand and all its internal and external messaging. It is a Team approach alongside our real estate professionals, touching every project they bring on board.
The day-to-day role is to develop a unique image for projects by handcrafting custom brochures, layered marketing plans and effective marketing methods. The department is also responsible for keeping the message fresh, relevant and accurate while targeting the right audience with the most effective tools.
OVERVIEW of RESPONSIBILITIES
Company Brand
- Brand Strategy & Management:
- Branded Materials: Design Company Documents including Packages and Presentations
Property Marketing
- Proposals, Presentations, Custom Brochure Creation, External & Internal Property Marketing, Property Signage, Marketing Plans, Collaborative Team Meetings
Technology
- Maintain and Manage Account Relationships with Industry Publications, Local, Regional and National Media, Property Listing Sources, Industry Organizations & Trade Shows, Marketing Software &Tools
Website & Social Accounts
- Add Content and Update Company Website
- Strategic Planning, Content Creation, Monitor, Post and Refresh Social Accounts
Trade Shows & Events
- Organize, Design, Implement, Set Up, Follow Up
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- Must be Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe InDesign & Adobe Creative Suite
- Real Estate Knowledge is a Plus
- Positive and Solutions-Oriented Attitude
- Attention to Detail is Imperative.
- Ability to Prioritize, Manage Multiple Tasks & Meet Last Minute Deadlines
- At least 2 years’ experience
JOB DETAILS
Full Time: 40 Hours / Week, Monday – Friday from 8am – 5pm
Compensation: Commensurate to Experience & Expertise
