BOMA Orlando's DE&I committee will be hosting its first Townhall panel discussion on all things Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion. The panel will include Diversity Officers and Ambassadors from principal members as well as vendor partners to help us learn how to foster a culture that is inclusive, equitable, and welcoming to BOMA Orlando members which we can use in our workplace and everyday lives.
The Townhall will be held on July 25, 2023 at Cafe Murano in Altamonte Springs. Refreshments will be served.

Our panel moderator is Tekoa Pouerie, an experienced senior manager, fundraiser and community influencer. She has spent her entire career in the nonprofit industry - fundraising and advocating for communities and families in need. She has served at multiple nonprofits as both an Executive Director and Chief Development Officer. Currently, Tekoa is the Director of Center Advancement where she oversees the execution of national fundraising and development strategies.
