Join us for the 2025 TOBY Awards Gala.
Theme: Kentucky Derby
Attire: Formal
We will also celebrate our Member Awards winners and install our 2026 BOMA Orlando Officers and Directors.
Registration open until 3 pm Friday, October 31 or until capacity is reached.
Similar to years' past, we anticipate this event will sell out, so purchase your tickets early.

Parking:
- Discounted $15.00 Self-Parking will be located in Lot 5.
- Valet is $52.00 for guests driving in & staying Overnight. They will have to take the escalators or elevator down to the ballroom level after Valeting @ the front drive of the hotel main entrance lobby and it will be in the first large ballroom on the right.
- Uber/Ride-share drop-off is at the front entrance/Valet/main lobby of the hotel in its own designated lane.
- Event Parking is Complimentary in the furthest lot, Lot 7. This is about a 8-12 minute walk to the event space.
TOBY registration cancellations are permitted until 3 pm Friday, October 31. Cancellations received after that deadline will not be refunded due to food & beverage guarantees submitted.
Substitutions will be accepted until 3 pm Monday, November 10.
